“We've had good luck here in the past with our old grumpy husky mix, but I think we had a miscommunication last time (and a different employee, not the lady we're used to) and we ended up with a totally shaved Old English Sheepdog. She looked cute, but it would have been nice to get a call...she certainly wasn't "severely matted" as it said on her card. She did have several mats under her harness straps, but honestly, with it so cold, I would rather have had her partially clipped, even if it looked a bit odd.”
